Before I share her thoughts with you, I want to tell you a bit about Staci Boyer. Staci is the author of Motiv8n'U, as well as a fitness educator, motivational speaker, fitness & figure competitor, official Fitness Trainer for the Miss Illinois Scholarship Association, and did I mention, a wife and mother! She has dedicated herself to improving the lives of all whom she comes in contact with. And, as you will see, in the excerpt below, she is full of wisdom... Read Full Article

Word of Mouth Testimonial

"  Hi Staci - Just a note to SAY THANKS for pushing me to try to something new!! I was very nervous and TOTALLY out of my COMFORT ZONE, it was uncomfortable for me being on "that side of the gym" - but i have to say - I TOTALLY ENJOYED MY WORK OUT - and thanks to working out with you since I started your classes last April, I really do understand the importance of changing up - as the results I am seeing already this far are incredible !!

So, just want to say thanks again for all your help, support and guidance to me in my journey to STRENGTH!! "

"  You have been a great inspiration to me, I can't even explain to you how much you have helped me with my self esteem. You really have inspired me and have given me the courage to pursue my career in the health and fitness industry. I came to you a very insecure and unsure person, with your guidance, motivation and your confidence in me, I again feel I can accomplish whatever I set my mind to. I really hope we can continue to pursue speaking opportunities. I know you will do great and I can't think of anyone that deserves this recognition and opportunity better than you. Good luck!! And really, thanks again for everything you have done for me. "

" Staci,
Thank you for participating on our fitness panel for our presentation to the ICA's Symposium on Natural Fitness. Dr. Jack had told me that you would be a great addition to our panel, and he was correct! Your professionalism, expertise and passion were evident.

I hope to work with you again some time in the future,

Best of luck,"
