" The students really enjoyed having a guest speaker [Staci Boyer] while they were in health. It was a great reminder to students the importance of doing exercises correctly. Staci did a great job motivating students and getting them focused on goals that can be accomplished. Once again I appreciate the time and effort you two put together for our students. "

" I just wanted you know how much I have missed going to class. I just haven't been in a condition to work out. My pregnant belly has made it extremely hard to even bend over to put my shoes on and breathing has become very difficult I get easily winded going up the stairs. My due date is Feb.1 and I hope the baby comes on time. After I get the okay from my doctor I will be back to class and the gym to work hard to lose the weight I have put on. I really look forward to getting back in there and taking class.

On a another note I saw your commerical on TV. You looked great as always - nice job! "

Michelle Quinn

"  Thanks for the notes [Staci emails a weekly workout plan to her class attendants]. They are very uplifting and inspiring. I think this is why we all work so hard. I always feel really good after class! Thank you! "
